This no churn strawberry ice cream is a sweet treat your valentine won’t be able to resist. Its creamy, full of strawberry flavor, and super easy to make. The best part though is not only is it no churn but it basically stays like soft serve even when it’s frozen. Although it’s like soft serve it’s firm enough to scoop out and hold its shape and, you won’t have to wait to scoop it once it’s frozen. Literally just take it out of the freezer and scoop it.

How to Make No churn Strawberry Ice Cream
Begin by making the strawberry syrup. Add the strawberries and honey to the sauce. Place on the stove at medium-high heat and stir until the honey has melted. Let simmer until the strawberries are soft enough to mash. Mash the strawberries and let the sauce simmer until it reduces by half. The mixture will be thicker and darker. Remove from stove and carefully using a hand mixer, blender, or food processor mix until smooth. Once smooth strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to catch the remaining seeds or unblended pieces. Let the syrup cool completely. Once cool add whipping cream, condensed coconut milk, and strawberry syrup to a bowl. Using a mixer whisk until the mixture forms soft peaks. Pour mixture into the bowl and let freeze until firm enough to scoop.
