To make the chili you just need a few things:
Large Pan
Rubber Spatula
Cutting Board
Knife
Blender (optional)
Mesh Strainer
How to Make Homemade Chili
Place your pan on the stove on medium high heat. Dice your onion and peppers and add them to your pan with some oil. Sauté them until their slightly charred. Add minced garlic and stir for a minute. Add the meat and break it up as it begins to cook. Cook meat until it just starts to brown.
While the meat is cooking prepair the beans and tomatoes. Purée the diced tomatoes in a blender until smooth set aside. Optionally leave tomatoes diced and combine with an additional can of tomato sauce. Pour the bean into a fine mesh strainer and strain liquid. Rinse beans with water until all the packaging liquid is gone. Add beans, tomatoes, and chili spice packed to meat mixture. Stir then let simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes remove from heat and serve warm with nachos or fries or however you like your chili. Garnish with toppings such as cheese and green onions and enjoy.

1 can of diced fire roasted tomatoes *see notes* 1 Can salt free pinto beans

Notes
Tomatoes can left diced if you prefer but if you do it that way be sure to add half to one can of tomato sauce to make sure your chili has enough liquid.
