Delicious marshmallow free healthier rice krispy treats.
Ingredients
Scale
- 9 Cups Rice Krispies
- 1 Cup Honey
- 1 Cup Coconut butter
- 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a 9 X 13 in baking pan with parchment paper and spray any exposed sides with non stick spray
- In a large bowl add the dry Ingredients and set aside
- In a pot add coconut butter & honey
- Place pan on stove on medium high heat until its melted whisking to combine
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla
- Working quick and carefully add liquid mixture to the dry mix and stir until all the dry mix is completely coated
- Quickly shape into baking pan and let cool completely (see notes)
- Once it’s set cut it into 12 squares and enjoy
Notes
- I found the easiest way to mold into pan was to cute a piece of parchment paper the size of the pan and place it on top the mixture then use your hand to press it evenly into the pan.
