Description

Delicious marshmallow free healthier rice krispy treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 Cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 Cup Honey 
  • 1 Cup Coconut butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 X 13 in baking pan with parchment paper  and spray any exposed sides with non stick spray
  2. In a large bowl add the dry Ingredients and set aside
  3. In a pot add coconut butter & honey
  4.  Place pan on stove on medium high heat until its melted whisking to combine
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla
  6.  Working quick  and carefully add liquid mixture to the dry mix and stir until all the dry mix is completely coated
  7.  Quickly shape into baking pan and let cool completely (see notes)
  8. Once it’s set cut it into 12 squares and enjoy

Notes

  • I found the easiest way to mold into pan was to cute a piece of parchment paper the size of the pan and place it on top the mixture then use your hand to press it evenly into the pan.
