You’ve seen my healthyish rice krispy treats. These strawberry rice krispy treats take those to the next level. They are packed full of strawberry flavor. For an added Valentine twist you can decorate with white chocolate and Valentine sprinkles for a treat your valentine is sure to love. The best part is they are super easy to make and take very few ingredients to assemble.

To make strawberry rice Krispy treats you only need 5 ingredients:
Rice Krispies
Strawberry Granola
Honey
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Coconut butter
Strawberry extract

Before you make the treats you will need to grab a few items.
A sauce pot
Measuring cup
Rubber spatula
Large Bowl
Measuring spoons
Mold/ square or rectangle pan
How to Make Healthyish Strawberry Rice Krispy Treats
Began by mixing the rice Krispies, granola, and shredded coconut and set aside. Spray with nonstick spray or line your mold/ pan with parchment paper. To the sauce, pot add the honey and coconut butter. Melt over medium-high heat whisking uncombined and fully melted. Remove from heat add strawberry extract and whisk to combine. Add honey mixture to the dry mixture. Carefully stir with a rubber spatula until every piece is coated. Press firmly into mold or pan and let cool completely. Once it’s completely cool remove from mold or pan and optionally drizzle with melted white chocolate and add sprinkle. Let chocolate harden serve and enjoy.

Begin by spraying your pan with nonstick spray. Prepare your pie crust. I just had to put mine in the pan and crimp the edges. Place in fridge while while you mix the filling
In a large bowl whisk together the pumpkin, condensed milk, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until combined
One at a time beat in each egg until completely combined
Pour filling into crust and place in the oven for 50 minutes. At the 40 minute mark turn the oven down to 350°F for the remainder of the time.
Remove from oven pie will be puffy at first but it will fall as it cools.
Let it cool and then top with your favorite toppings
